Really. It’s as simple as that!

• We find and acquire scalable data center sites, and alongside our engineering and financing partners, offer it to large operators.

• We build and finance it per their specs in return for a long term lease.

• Our clients have no capital costs, and sub-market* lease costs, but complete control on the operations and the specs of the buildout.
